Ok, so Easter is one of my favorite holidays. I love candy. I also realize that its "the" Christian holiday and I love that too. You just can't go wrong with Easter. Just good stuff anyway you look at it. Out here in the wild west, or maybe just at my church they don't buy in to the Easter bunny or eggs and such. Its pagan. Yes I know its pagan, but lots of pagan things are fun as well as harmless and honestly you can just go too far. I don't like banning the Easter bunny or Santa or any other mythical character. I think you can love Santa and the Easter bunny and Jesus all at the same time. As long as Jesus gets his due on his holidays then I don't see a problem. Then there are those that don't even acknowledge holidays at all sighting that the dates on the calendar are inaccurate. Some people just want to suck the fun out of everything. Ya know? So being the rebel that I am I hid eggs in my front yard for my kids. I think they dug it. I also made bunny ears for my kids too.
They found my eggs too quickly this year. I have underestimated them! Next year they will be out there looking for hours. They had fun though and enjoyed all the candy filled eggs. I hid almost 50 eggs in my front yard and it took them less than 5 minutes to find them all. I have to up my game next year! Vanessa has lost her 2 top front teeth which made eating some of the candy a bit difficult, but she persevered. These are they bunny ears I made them. They played bunny for almost 2 hours hiding eggs around the house and hopping. It was the freakin cutest thing I have ever seen. I think they make great bunnies.I also took them to have their picture taken. They are growing so fast. I think Easter is the best time to get pictures. You get new clothes and it is right in the middle of both of their birthdays. This is the last professional one of just the two of them. It is hard enough getting a good shot with 2. I can't imagine what it will be like adding another one to the mix.So Easter was fun. I am about 6 months along now with number 3 who is yet to be named. If you have any ideas let me know. Naming girls is so much harder than boys. I think Christina II sounds good. Men do it all the time! We will just keep our options open. Oh, by the way, if you didn't get your picture yet it is because my mom has them all. Go harass her!

I've always liked the name Cheri. Say it over and over . . . . you'll like it, too!
I was just thinking about you today and hoping you were doing well. It appears you are :-)
